We have an extended team of trades and suppliers that we have worked with on many other projects.
Our close working gets us dedication, value and reliability from people we trust
When we start construction we will work tirelessly and continuously to finish the work as quickly as possible.
Understanding and keeping to a minimum any disruption and noise. Our sites are well organised and tidy.
We will come together on site to create a building that we can all be proud of.

Initial meeting

At our first meeting we start to work with you to take a brief. Understanding your preferences and budget, giving you finishes options and establish work-arounds for practical challenges like services, structures, planning policy etc.

From these we can give you budget costs, design options and timescales. The timescales will reflect the time needed for permissions, design and construction team availability.

There is no charge for this meeting and if you want to go forward we will go to the next stage..

We carry a full range of insurances. We also fully guarantee our work returning to the job at 6 and 12 month intervals after it’s complete to check that everything is adjusted and working properly. We also offer insurance backed guarantees for new builds from NHBC.
